Due to the custom-order nature of our garments and our current operational structure, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds.
Custom Orders & Final Sale
Every item from our brand is a custom order, meaning it is produced specifically for you after your purchase. This approach ensures exclusivity and reduces waste, but it also means we cannot restock or resell an item once it has been created and shipped. Because of this personalized process, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
No Refunds
We appreciate your understanding that as a developing brand, we currently do not have the financial infrastructure to process monetary refunds. This policy is necessary to ensure the ongoing production of our custom-made, high-quality items.
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
We are committed to quality. While we cannot offer refunds or accept returns based on a change of mind or sizing issues (please review our size guide carefully before ordering), we will address issues if the item you receive is defective, damaged, or significantly incorrect (e.g., received the wrong size or design entirely due to our error).
If your item falls into one of these categories:
You must notify us via email within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or error.
We will assess the situation and, if the error is determined to be ours, we will work to provide a replacement of the original item at no additional cost.
