1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from Devoted Drip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS") and our Privacy Policy and No Refunds or Returns Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Custom Orders and Product Representation
Custom Production: Every item purchased is a custom order, produced specifically for you after your purchase is completed. Production lead times (the time it takes to create your item) are estimates only and may vary.

Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, features, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color, texture, or detail you see on your monitor will exactly match the product. Minor variations in custom production are normal and not considered defects.

Sizing: It is your responsibility to review our Size Guide before placing an order. Because items are custom-made, we cannot offer replacements or exchanges for sizing issues.

3. Order Process and Payment
Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed and production begins only after successful payment.

Payment: We accept most major payment options [Visa, Mastercard, PayPal]. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) you utilize.

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Estimates: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. As these are custom Print on Demand orders it will take around two weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or manufacturer.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

5. No Refunds or Returns
As detailed in our dedicated policy: All sales are final. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, nor do we issue monetary refunds. Exceptions are made only for items that are defective or incorrect due to our error, as outlined in the No Refunds or Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Devoted Drip and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Devoted Drip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hawaii and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
